Arriving from the south on the A9, take the 1st exit (signposted to A82 & Fort William) at the last roundabout before the Kessock Bridge, proceed through the next 3 roundabouts onto Friars Bridge and cross the River Ness. At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit and then take the 3rd street on the right (Perceval Road) and we are the detached house on the right near the end of this street.
Arriving on the A96 Nairn/Aberdeen road, proceed onto the A9 from the large roundabout on the outskirts of Inverness and head northwards to the next roundabout (the last one before the Kessock Bridge) and follow the route described above.
Arriving from the A82 (Fort William / Loch Ness road), proceed across the canal along Glenurquhart Road to the traffic lights and turn left into Kenneth Street. Then take the 2nd left into Fairfield Road and after a short distance take the 1st right, and we are the first detached house on the left.
On foot (takes about 10 minutes):
From Inverness Tourist Information Centre on Upper Bridge Street, walk down Bridge Street to the river and cross the Ness Bridge. Then walk along Young Street (past the Tesco supermarket) and turn right at the traffic lights into Kenneth Street. Then take the 2nd left into Fairfield Road and after a short distance take the 1st right onto Perceval Road, and we are the first detached house on the left.
From the bus or train station, cross Academy Street and walk to the main Post Office (on Queensgate). From there, head to the River Ness by crossing Church Street and walking down Fraser Street (you will see Hootananny on the corner). Then take the Grieg Street footbridge over the river (please note this isn't marked on all maps but it does exist!). Walk up Grieg Street, across Kenneth Street into Fairfield Road and then take the 1st right into Perceval Road, and we are the first detached house on the left.
